Our services include individual and group coaching sessions, educational courses and materials, community forums, and related resources delivered through the LearnWorlds platform, Google Workspace tools, and use of other related technology.
3. COACHING VS. COUNSELING/THERAPY DISTINCTIONIMPORTANT: Our services constitute COACHING, not counseling, therapy, or mental health treatment.Coaching Services Include:Goal-setting and achievement supportSkill development and educationMotivational guidance and accountabilityPersonal development strategiesLife skills trainingWhat We Do NOT Provide:Mental health diagnosis or treatmentTherapy or counseling servicesCrisis interventionMedical or psychological adviceTreatment for mental health conditionsFounder Credentials: While our founder, LeeAnne Poloronis, is a licensed counselor and certified teacher, she operates solely in a coaching capacity within this platform. No therapeutic relationship is established through this service.When to Seek Professional Help: If you are experiencing mental health concerns, crisis situations, or need therapeutic intervention, please contact a licensed mental health professional, your healthcare provider, or emergency services.
4. ELIGIBILITY AND PARENTAL CONSENTServices are available to individuals ages 13 and olderUsers under 18 require explicit parental/guardian consentParents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their minor's use of the ServiceWe reserve the right to verify age and parental consent
5. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATIONAccurate information must be provided during registrationUsers are responsible for maintaining account security & strict confidentialityOne account per person; sharing accounts is prohibitedWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

11. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONSService Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.Results Disclaimer: Coaching results vary by individual. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.Third-Party Content: We may reference external resources but are not responsible for third-party content.Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
12. CRISIS SITUATIONSIf a user discloses self-harm, suicidal ideation, or other crisis situations:Parents/guardians will be immediately notifiedWe may contact emergency servicesProfessional mental health resources will be providedThis is not a crisis intervention platform
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMSWe reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
14. TERMINATIONWe may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted cease immediately.
